1. Overview

At Ghakleonscyx, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights and options regarding returns and refunds for products purchased from our website ghakleonscyx.ddd.

This policy complies with Norwegian consumer protection laws and EU regulations, including the Consumer Rights Directive.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (as implemented in Norway) and the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods.

We do not charge any cancellation or withdrawal fee. If you did not receive standard information about the right of withdrawal (including a model withdrawal form) before or at the time of contract, the withdrawal period may be extended to 12 months from the end of the original 14-day period. Upon our providing that information within the 12-month period, the 14-day withdrawal period starts again from that date.

2.1 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can:

Your withdrawal statement should include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase and receipt

You are not obliged to use the form—a clear statement (e.g. by email) is sufficient. After you have informed us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the goods back to us.

3. Conditions for Returns

3.1 Eligible for Return

Products are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
  • The return is requested within 14 days of receiving the product
  • The product is in the same condition as when you received it

3.2 Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or unsealed products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products that have been used or tampered with
  • Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the product to the address provided

4.2 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless:

  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • You received an incorrect product
  • The product is defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

5.2 Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of:

  • The product price
  • Original standard shipping costs (if applicable)

We may deduct from the refund any loss in value of the goods if the loss resulted from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Products returned in non-original condition due to reasons not caused by us
  • Products with signs of use or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at helpdesk@ghakleonscyx.world. You will be entitled to:

  • A full refund, including return shipping costs
  • A replacement product at no additional cost

Please provide photos or documentation of the damage or defect to help us process your claim quickly.

7. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will:

  • Arrange for return shipping at our expense
  • Send the correct product or issue a full refund

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 14 days of our confirmation:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Norwegian consumer protection laws. You may have additional rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Consumer Rights Act (Forbrukerrettighetsloven), and other applicable EEA legislation. For disputes we cannot resolve with you, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) or the Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet).
